Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account for the app developed by POPZ, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Send an email to our support team at 33site@gmail.com.
- Step 2: Use the exact subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- Step 3: In the email body, provide the email address or username associated with your account so we can locate it.
Data to be deleted: Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account profile, email address, username, and any saved preferences or app usage history within 7 business days.
Data to be retained: We do not retain any of your personal data after the deletion process is complete. Non-identifiable, aggregated analytics data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be kept indefinitely for performance tracking.
